Hi @orchid stirrup It just started happening suddenly. It happen 50% of the times I try to connect to a reader. Wanted to know if that error code can help you giving us more information about what troubleshooting steps are needed to fix it.

Got it. I recommend sending a message to our support team about this. In that message, please include as much detail as you have: error messages, when this started happening, type of reader, etc.

Could you share the serial number for an affected reader? Also what type of integration are you using (Server Driven, Bluetooth, JavaScript)?
