How are you collecting payments? Are these subscriptions, individual invoices, or just creating payment intents?

Using Stripe Checkout. Have both susbcriptions and one off payments. With subscriptions I store the subscriptionid which is easily retrievable, and one off purchases storing a transaction history in our database and want to know which id to display to a user.

Yeah payment intent makes the most sense for 1-time payments
