Got it on the first time trying to upload my app just now (and then on the following two retries)

Gotcha. We're not that familiar with the dashboard in here, but there's no error details if you hover over the "! Error" icon or try to click into each version in the screenshot?

I'm uploading it via the CLI
then it redirects me to there to view the upload status
CLI says everything is successful

for some reason the problem was my app icon was an SVG
not a PNG
changing it to a PNG fixed it, not sure why
