Hi 👋 I'm not sure I understand the question. Stripe integrations don't use the term "cart" so I'm a little nervous I'm not sure what you're referring to. Can you elaborate a bit on what you're trying to accomplish?

Yes. I have the links to the payments for each of my items embedded in a table on my page. When someone clicks the link it takes them to the stripe location where they enter the payment information. I need for them to be able to update the quantity for that particular item since some of them will be purchased in quantities greater than one.

And how are you doing that, are you creating Checkout Sessions to put links in the table you're referring to? Or are you using a different approach like our prebuilt Pricing Table or Payment Links?

I have added the products on the stripe site and created Payment Links and embedded that code on my web page

Gotcha, when creating the Payment Link, there should have bean a checkbox that could be selected to allow your customers to change the quantity selected. I believe you can edit the Payment Link and change that setting:
