No, this kind of restriction is not possible with the pricing table
To achieve something like that you would want to look into using Checkout Sessions directly https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout
But even then it would be difficult to restrict customer to only those in the US unless you were collecting shipping addresses.
Then you could configure your checkout session to only accept shipping addresses in the US
Wait. Nevermind. You can apply the same restrictions to a Pricing Table. If you configure it to collect customer billing and shipping addresses you can restrict what countries you will ship to. You have to do this for each product though.
