Hello! For #1 no, the closest thing we have are Subscription Upsells, but those only work with Subscriptions: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/upsells

For #2 you can use tiered pricing for that: https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models#tiered-pricing

For #3 you could add a Coupon to the Customer that continues to give them a discount over time: https://stripe.com/docs/api/customers/update#update_customer-coupon
