Sorry but it's really difficult to understand you.

To attempt to answer:

Yes, platform accounts in France need to use AccountTokens to pass information for creating/updating connected accounts rather than passing it from backend servers.

Right now unfortunately we don't support AccountTokens in our mobile or React Native SDKs so there's no great answer here. I would probably build this part of your platform into your website instead of an app, and redirect users to the website to set up their connected account.
