hi! there's not really a great answer there. You need to host the file directly at .well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association ,and the file Stripe needs you to host is different from the one that other PSPs might. So you can only really have one at a time.

Possibly you can add a file, do the registration and then change the file back(or just leave it), but Apple mention in their docs they retain the right to periodically check the file, so your mileage may vary.
It's just not a system designed for multiple processors.
