hello! Typically if you had a custom connected account, you would listen for the account.updated webhook. However, I don't believe that Stripe includes the requirements in the account.updated webhooks for Standard connected account since the Standard connected account is responsible for providing these info via their own Dashboard, and Stripe is responsible for notifying the connected account.

OK, thanks for the clarification. So I should check with support why they did not receive an email about the upcoming verification requirement?

Generally, for Standard connected accounts, we'd require the connected account to write in directly to Support. There're certain kinds of information that we would want to only share with the account owner and won't be able to share with you as the Platform for security reasons
