If you mean https://stripe.com/docs/treasury/moving-money/payouts#top-ups then I don't think you can because you can't have Apple Pay as your ExternalAccount, but not 100% sue

ah so that might work if you create a PaymentMethod for ApplePay first? Haven't tried though, best approach is to try in test mode
