i have set up my account for a while and i was good until today that a message came through that i completed but i can't recieve payments in my website still.
in a few words i have setted up my account but now in every order i get the payment declines
@indigo mesa I haven't resolved it yet. I just went to the settings section and entered my full name; this field was empty in my case. I also re-uploaded my identification document. I hope this resolves it. I'll know by tomorrow. My other alternative is to send an email to the support team
In my case was missing Identification , that i uploaded already.
