What do you mean by "customer account"?

means suppose i am customer i came to website and deposite money using session checkout successfully ii) then i am creating customer balance to show on frontend
now i have withdraw option on website
so how i can withdraw that amount??

If you want to send funds to other parties, you will need to use Stripe Connect. For that each client will have to have a Stripe Account (you can create it automatically), and have a registered business: https://stripe.com/docs/connect
