Which API object are you working with?

There's no direct mapping between Charge <-> Payout. Instead you'd do: https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#charges-in-payout

I'm working with the Python API. The example shows how to retrieve charges included in a specific payout, but I'm looking for the inverse - charges not yet included in any payout. So the only way to do that would be to cross reference the list with all payouts completed?
