If you're a US merchant, you can use Cross-border payouts, https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts to send funds to your connected accounts in other countries. Please note that your connected accounts would have to have recipient service agreement. Otherwise, what you're looking for is not possible, you would need to pass in the same currency as the transfer

I understand, but with that process it is not possible to retain the funds for a certain period of time before they reach the destination account, right?
