ok do you have any idea why mu id verification might not be working?
I have gone throught hte phone verification process scanning both sides of my ID and doing the facial recognition selfies
not something our team would know, we don't work with account related issues which involves verification.
We just help developers integrate with our APIs/SDKs
We'd have no insights into what's going on with your verification or account

Try reaching out to stripe support on social media if the email isn't being responded to.
It often takes a bit more time when there's a lot of support traffic
