Unfortunately we cannot help on this server, continuing to talk to support would be the thing to do. If you want, you can DM me your email and I can double check that we are getting them from you

#

Also if you have not already, check your Junk folder, support emails sometimes get caught by filters

it is not in my junk

I see that we are getting your emails and they are in the right place to get a response. The team responds as quickly as it can but response times can vary by volume and such

It becomes increasingly frustraing when I keep getting prompted to email support, but they do not respond

#

It's been far too long, I highly doubt anyone is planning on responding to my previous emails.

I am sorry, I definitely get that this is frustrating but unfortunately I cannot help further. Support should respond, unfortunately I also don't have an ETA on when

polar ivy

is there no possible other place i can go for further help. I understand you can't help me, but I am almost positive I will leave this conversation and never get emailed back.

#

No support number? or is there at least a possible reason that my ID verification I have been doing on my phone isn't working?

#

^?

hello

#

taking over for my colleague

polar ivy
#

ok do you have any idea why mu id verification might not be working?

#

I have gone throught hte phone verification process scanning both sides of my ID and doing the facial recognition selfies

not something our team would know, we don't work with account related issues which involves verification.

#

We just help developers integrate with our APIs/SDKs

#

We'd have no insights into what's going on with your verification or account

Is there anywhere else youguys know for me to go for help on this?

Try reaching out to stripe support on social media if the email isn't being responded to.
It often takes a bit more time when there's a lot of support traffic
