I did an export of payments and see a handful (around 2% payments) from non-US cards
If its not, would recommend writing in via support so that they can put you in touch with the right team that handles this

ah hmm, this payment was made using link payment method.
I wonder if that's the differentiating factor here
Usually when customer pays using a wallet like Apple Pay/Google Pay, the payment method type for it is card
so technically, the example you shared is using a non-card payment method. So radar allowing this makes sense.
(not 100% sure though)
do you have an example charge which was paid directly using a card payment method type?
