Ok, are you consistently getting the error 77? or just occasionally?

The error itself shows up occasionally in the Magento dashboard and looks like this: https://prnt.sc/NIS170BBaDDV, but the payment method on the checkout consistently doesn't load: https://prnt.sc/oOOTLHkRlKjB

Do you find any connecitivty errors in your server log?

Just the 77 error, which is also showing up in the system log: main.ERROR: Magento2 v3.3.6: Could not set up customer profile: Unexpected error communicating with Stripe. If this problem persists, let us know at support@stripe.com.

I can only help if you have a direct integration with Stripe. Can you reach out to magento@stripe.com and tell them the problem that you are facing?
