Can you provide the Subscription Id sub_xxx ? Will quickly check

These aren't Stripe parameter name so I suppose that's from WooCommerce side, and they probably have the answer for you

_stripe_source_id
rd_stripe_source_id
_stripe_card_id

But I can make a guess by looking at the Subscription

How our system is set out unfortunately has not stored them as Stripe subscriptions. I have manually checked a few and it seems to consistently be what is stored in '_stripe_source_id', however we have a very large dataset to migrate.
