You can resend Events using the CLI: https://stripe.com/docs/cli/events/resend -- it sounds like that is what you are looking for?

Hmm if you specify the Webhook endpoint via https://stripe.com/docs/cli/events/resend#events_resend-webhook-endpoint does it work for the new Connect endpoint?

What is the Event you are trying to resend?
