That's not what I mean. We have our terminal integration done, but we are trying to limit support needs for users setting up their terminals with our integration. We want to ensure their own private networks can reach the stripe domains, and that their network is properly set up to connect to the terminal through our integration
Ah okay I see. So one thing you can have them do is use our reachability script to ensure they can access our API: https://github.com/stripe/stripe-reachability
Which Terminal SDK and what types of Readers are you supporting?
Checking
We are using terminal-js in React, and I believe we only support the BBPOS WiseposeE and Verifone P400s
We basically want it to check when they go to setup or connect to a terminal, Generally when we do a "discoverReaders"
Ah okay then I think you want to just run that and if it errors you can point these users towards https://support.stripe.com/questions/my-point-of-sale-application-cannot-connect-to-the-reader which details the necessary IPs
