Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hi 👋 I'm not offhand what button you're referring to (we're not as familiar with the dashboard side of flows, we primarily focus on helping out with our API/SDKs). Can you help me understand what button you're expecting to see there?

#

here I can see "Dispute button"

#

I need to test Dispute after payment

hardy wadi
#

That's for Stripe Issuing, not for processing payments. Disputes are triggered by customers, they're not something you would trigger if you're the party accepting the payments.

I saw this

#

But

#

Stripe send payment before I recived an order from ordering system

#

and I can not link

#

because Payment created before an order

#

so, maybe there is other ways?

I'm sorry, I don't know what most of that means. Those test cards are the right way to trigger a disputed payment in test mode.

#

#

Order amount = 25

#

How much Stripe charges for our fees is something we're not as familiar with in our forum, that is something that our Support team is typically more familiar with:
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

My rough understanding is there is a fee charged for disputes, and that the fee is no longer refunded when a dispute is successful:
https://support.stripe.com/questions/h2-2023-stripe-issuing-pricing-updates
If there are additional questions about the fees though, I would recommend following up with our Support team.
