👋 happy to help
this is normal, since your plans are postpaid and you don't have a flat fee, the first invoice would be 0
I do have a flat fee, for example:
- from 0 to 15 units used: flat fee of $99
- from 16 and after: $6.60/ unit used
I meant a flat fee to the susbcription
as in a prepaid amount to be paid, regardless of the usage
so, it's the $99.. even if the customer doesn't use anything, they will still pay $99
would you mind sharing the subscription ID?

taking a look
from 0 to 15 units used: flat fee of $99
that's not entirely correct
it's more from 1 to 15
you can see it here https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/prices/price_1O7INoCeID6NKIyqbyCz2Ihn

this is how I set it up
and when I create a subscription the invoice shows correctly. even when the quantity is 0, the invoice shows $99
hmmm, maybe it's a bug in the dashboard display then
I will flag it, that threw me off to be honest
but I actually can see that you created it correctly

ok so let me get back to my initial point
Okay, so how I understand is correct?
even if the customer doesn't create any usage record they will still be charged the flat fee, right?
yes but at the end of the month
that's why the first invoice was $0
