Yes, I entered the test data from this page: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing

I also repeated the process a few minutes ago (shortly before contacting you) and that didn't change anything

Verification of things like tax ids do take time even in Test mode

You may need to wait longer for the simulated review process to complete
