You may need to make sure you have a webhook endpoint that's configured to listen to Connect account events. There are 2 types of webhook endpoints: 1) an endpoint that listens for events on your platform account, and 2) an endpoint that listens for events that happen on your platform's Connect accounts.
Can you confirm you have one for each?
