So Link is showing up just fine. It's that form field where you can add a phone number.

As for Apple pay, you have to open with Safari to see it show up

Okay, so the problem is with the fact that tax is included in your Payment Link. If you collect tax on a product, Google Pay requires that you collect their billing address. So you just have to check this box:
