Hello! Depends what you mean by 'unsubscribed'? What API are you calling to unsubscribe a user?

In checkout.session.completed, i get the event which is currently subscribed by the user, but at the end of billing month which event gets triggered? I tried with customer.subscription.deleted but that is not working

Why would you expect a .deleted event unless you're explicitly cancelling the subscription?
