For automatic payout schedule, it doesn't support configuring paying out at a specific amount.

If you wish to control the amount to be paid out, only manual payout schedule is possible

If the payout schedule is set to manual, additional payout request should be made by your side to tell stripe when and what amount to pay out to the connected account: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts#regular-payouts
