i'd need to ask client, not sure. also on another page where it is used, on cvv it can not enter more then 3 digits

It sounds like we're not properly recognizing the card's location and details. I recommend you write in to support with the card's BIN (first six digits) and explain the issue: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
