Actually we are getting the message merchant not available on the acoount. Why we can't see our dashboard
We can login but it is a tricky situation
Unfortunately I am not sure what might cause that dashboard issue. If you email our support team from that other form, they should be able to get back to you and help look in to your account's current state

Unfortunately I do not know our SLAs there. Our support team gets back as fast as they can but response times can depend on volume
