As far as I can tell, I don't see anything wrong happening integration-wise. You're creating the Subscription, and then using the PI client secret to confirm that payment client-side using whatever card details are provided.

Okay thank you I have tried with a UAE and India card. Maybe error from customer side or their bank...

Yeah, right now all it looks like is an issue with those specific customer cards that they'd need to take up with their banks
