Are you backdating Subscriptions at all or setting a specific Billing cycle anchor on creation or using trials?

Okay then yeah you can't use current_period_start and current_period_end reliably

So you'll need to look at the interval of the Price.

All Prices have to have the same interval

So you can just look at the first Price in the list
