Okay can you clarify what you mean exactly by "webhook updates after 1 day"?
I'm not seeing the Webhooks related to that PaymentIntent being delayed at all

Which specific Event ID did you see this happen with?
The Event ID looks like evt_xxx and is what comes through in the body of the Webhook

No the ID you gave me is a PaymentIntent ID
Which has several Events related to it
Like payment_intent.created, etc.
Each of those Events can be sent to a Webhook endpoint
I'm not seeing any Webhooks be delayed when I look at these Events. So I need the specific Event ID and why you think it is delayed on your side. What indicates it is delayed to you?

Ah okay
So the Webhook wasn't delayed, your server failed to receive it
If you look at the Event in your Dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_1O6oqlCQTcpcYTusChNKVTgR) then you can see all the Webhook responses down at the bottom.
For each on your server returned a 500 response
