Hello
Usually it is quite quick (like a few seconds), but sometimes things can get slightly backed up (especially in test mode) and it can take a bit longer.
Can you share the example?
How long ago was it paid?
And was this in live mode?

Yeah that happens sometimes when our test mode workers get backed up. I'll flag it internally but overall this isn't really unexpected -- things should catch up shortly.

No we don't really have it documented anywhere. In production the expectation is that webhooks should always send within a few minutes so if you see things delayed in production definitely feel free to flag to us. Test mode is a little more relaxed in the policy because sometimes folks generate a ton of Events via testing.
