hi @dense mango

following above conversation i enabled tax id collection

but it doesnt show for customers with US addresses

and our stripe account says that we are not authorized to collect taxes in US

@willow briar did you configure Stripe Tax properly? Sorry a lot of this is Dashboard specific and not really something I can help with but you need to carefully read https://stripe.com/docs/tax/set-up and configure your account the right way. I'm sorry I don't really follow, you just gave a picture with no info. What's the problem? Is it working in one case and not another? Which doc are you following?

Im simply trying to let customers from US to purchase as businesses(so in their invoices it appears as a company purchase and allow to use it on taxiation)

in stripe checkout, except for US addresses this field appears

Yes i just checked that, so this option may not available for US customers from stripe for time being then?

I think that's correct, sorry I didn't know about that limitation either to be honest 😦
