Do you have access to the connected account? I believe you should be able to login to the connected account and disconnect from the platform yourself https://support.stripe.com/questions/disconnect-your-stripe-account-from-a-connected-third-party-platform
Hello, i do! However, when i login to the connected account, i only have the "Authorized Accounts" not the "Authorized Applications" that the article suggests. And when i go into the authorized accounts, it seems to be empty 😦 Also to note, both the platform and connected accounts are on test mode if that makes a difference
