I don't think so - we allow you to block on a specific card fingerprint, or a specific customer, but don't have an easy way of blocking a specific combination of card + customer

So basically a customer tried multiple transactions at the same time (probably a bot). Its first few payments were blocked by stripe but later ones went through.
Not sure what would be ideal way to prevent such transactions.
