Hey there
Can you provide a request ID from your Dashboard where you see this error?
Hi thanks for your help, where do I see/find that?
My customers are seeing the error when they try to checkout. I don't see an error in either stripe or woocommerce dashboards.
Oh you don't see the error
See: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request and just make sure you don't see a failed request there
If you don't this means your Woocommerce code is throwing the error and you'll have to reach out to them about this as they control your code here.
Yes, that is what I assumed. They are very slow to respond
Yeah I'd check your Stripe Dashboard logs as the above article indicates how to do.
But otherwise I can't help any further
If you click "Logs" at the top there what does it show?
to make sure I understand what you are saying, there are 4 events here, but we only had 1 sale go through, so this does show what our customer said, which is that she tried apple pay two times and it would not work
then I tried it too to no avail, so that must be the 3rd one.
I can't really say for sure based on that screenshot
logs
Yep okay so no error from our API
So this is just WooCommerce throwing that error because something went wrong client-side.
So unfortunately I can't help any further. The only path forward is to get information from WooCommerce about why the code throws this error.
Not sure, sorry.
no problem, appreciate your help. have a nice day
