What scenario would you transfer money from connect to platform?

Fee logic, if refund order = make transfer from connect to platform main with Fee for refund, so money goes firstly to Main, then deduct commissions , example: $30 came to main - /$5 commissions, so $25 goes to connect. If refund, refund $30 from main and $25 reversed transfer to main. And we set up Fee for refund in our side logic. So we makeing transfer from connect to main with our fee for refund
