Can you share the invoice ID?

I see that the invoice was successfully paid
But the subscription is still marked as past_due - it didn't get set to active upon invoice payment

Hi there 👋 I'm working on looking into this. So far nothing obvious is standing out to me, and I was wondering if this is the only Invoice where you've seen this behavior, or if there are other examples?
I'm not readily spotting any integration issues, and believe this issue will require further investigation from our end. While looking into this, I came across your support case on this, and as this is going to require additional investigation, I would recommend continuing to work with our teams through your support case.
