do you use Connect?

do you have a link to the page with this problem I can test myself?

The page is behind SSO auth. Previous to posting here, I spoke with a Stripe rep named Amanda Sorensen. Our SSO engineer was able to give her partial access, but it didn't work completely. We can try right now together though. One sec...

#

And please tell me what sort of SSO page you see, and I can try to guide you. (What you see will be different than what I see.)

I can't really go through with all that

harsh ruin
#

Okay. Well, what should we do to get help then?

so if the page requires SSO, did you register the domain successfully? i.e you were able to add the /.well-known/apple-app-site-association file on your server and verified it on the Stripe dashboard?

To my knowledge, yes. Another engineer had to do the server work, but I was told it worked, and our engineering VP then clicked the necessary button in the Stripe dashboard to verify the domain, as you can see in my final screenshot in my original post.

I visited your link anyway and Apple Pay seems to work fine.

#

Yes, that's good. It should work in that env, so thank you for confirming that. Our Stripe rep Amanda said she didn't see Apple Pay there, so I was concerned.

fickle epoch
#

I can't since that is behind some Okta SSO barrier.

harsh ruin
#

Can you share a screenshot of what you see?

fickle epoch
#

why?

#

sorry but that's not related to Stripe or Apple Pay really.

#

if you have a direct link to a payment page that uses Stripe and has a problem, happy to try and look and debug it

harsh ruin
#

Because I don't know what kind of SSO page you're seeing. I need to know so that I can communicate that back to our SSO engineer to figure out what's blocking you and why.

#

That link I gave you is the direct link, but the SSO is blocking you, but you should be able to get through.

#

Thank you.

#

Please give me a bit to talk with the SSO engineer and we'll try to get you through.

fickle epoch
#

I'd rather not

#

and please don't share the email addresses of our employees on a public server

harsh ruin
#

According to our SSO engineer, it's the only way.

#

Sorry.

#

Amanda specifically gave us permission to use her email address for testing with Stripe engineers.

I understand. Thank you for your help, karllekko.

#

There a way to link to this thread in an email I send back to Amanda?

#

I think I got it. Thank you.
