That is expected in a subscription payment flow when 3DS/authentication is requested by the bank. The initial payment attempt will 'fail', we'll present the 3DS challenge flow to the user

You integration needs to 'ignore' those specific invoice.payment_failed events that are fired during the initial payment flow
