I think it should. Just follow TapToPay Doc, but on a step to create PaymentIntent, create a SetupIntent instead

The SetupIntents API is compatible with all BBPOS readers, the M2, and Tap to Pay on iPhone. It’s not compatible with the Verifone P400 or Tap to Pay on Android. The server-driven-based SetupIntents API is compatible with BBPOS WisePOS E and Stripe Reader S700.
