so i made register the 3 different state NC / California / Texas when i check out using any of this state address it show the tax percentage from this state but if i used any other states from this above mention state the tax show 0
so do i have to register all the US states
or is their a way to integrate the auto tax features without registering in all of the USA states

in one doc it say if you are not register in the state then it will show zero tax but other doc said that strip will collect the tax based on the customer locations

Both statements are correct - If you're not registered in the state then it'll show zero tax. Stripe will collect the tax based on the customer locations.

If you need to collect tax for certain states, then yes, you would need to register for those states : https://stripe.com/docs/tax/set-up#add-registrations

but do i have to do any legal paperwork with the state for that
because the physical product will be ship from North carolina
and cutomer can buy it from online website from any US state
so in that case i have to collect the tax based on customer location even the iteam ship from North carolina

I don't know if you'll need to do any legal paperwork with the state. That's not something which Stripe can advise and your company should consult with the appropriate expert in that area e.g. an account or lawyer. Stripe can't provide tax or legal advice

I understand but strip provide the auto tax collection facility and api for website integration so i believe they have face situation like this before
