So How is the automatic tax calculation for customers outside of US?
I'm sorry I don't really get what the question could mean framed this way. I don't know much about the tax/legal requirements there. I'm a developer and I help developers with their code.
As far as I know you sign up for Stripe Tax, configure your own tax obligations/registrations and then the rest just works?
Yeah, looks like that after the registration Stripe collect the taxes automatically, however our client only want to sell to US customer, is there a way to restrict that?

There isn't really a way to block based on someone's "country" though. You can block based on the card they use, but what if they don't use a card? This isn't really something possible sorry
I see, apart of using card what other way exist to do a purchase in Stripe?
