@sonic prairie I'm sorry I've never used Spring so I don't really know how that would work. You need to serve the file's content the same way you would serve any file/route in your app
We always put the files under hrbweb folder and I can see this is set in application.properties file through context. But when I verify this in my Stripe dashboard, I get below error:
you need to make sure that your domain has a valid TLS certificate, otherwise it won't work

This isn't really a Stripe issue. It's usually something you are familiar with as a web developer yourself to properly configure your website/domain to load over HTTPS with a valid TLS certification
