Hello! You can't use an existing Customer, but you can limit customers to one subscription: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/pricing-table#limit-subscriptions

I have case, when existing user can buy plan from pricing table, but I already have them as a customers in stripe. But seems like I can't do anything about it right?

And what's the reason of this limitation about existing users?

I can't speak to the reason, it's just how the Pricing Table is designed.
