Hi, let me help you with this.
Maybe their particular bank hasn't implemented this. Does this happen often?
This occurs with quite a few users. Is this implemented on a bank-by-bank basis?
If you pull information about their bank account, then yes, each bank has to allow access to their data.
Is there a way to know this once a user connects their institution?
Could you please share the Request ID req_xxx? https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
req_Vd12u9kBYANXBF
That's the request to refresh the connection. What's the request ID to get the list of transactions?
Should be this: req_K8uvyUF1Z2JUbp
I am not sure. Is there something similar in the customers that have issues with this? Maybe the same bank?
Two of them are digital banks (Go2bank and Varo bank). Not sure if that is related to the issue
I would expect digital banks to have implemented the API first, before traditional banks.
In any case, I don't see the issue currently and I believe it will require more time to investigate.
Would you mind writing to Stripe Support and saying you talked to us on Discord. Then our engineering team will take over the case. This will give us more time to look into this.
