Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hi there 👋 when working with a Separate Charges and Transfers flow, creating the Transfer to move funds from your Platform account to your Connected account is how you pay the owner of the Connected account. Are you seeing something you're not expecting after creating the Transfer?
Hi Toby! thanks for you answer. I review you documentation and i cannot find how to do what we want to do with our real state platform
I'm sorry to hear that, but I don't understand what you're looking for. Can you elaborate on what you're trying to accomplish but can't?
Are you running into some sort of error?
I hope you can help me with that, I was looking information in stack overflow and some other blogs to do this process
1- We have a customer 1 interested in a property
2- They pay 1000 euros for the rent, plus our commission 100 euros in the same transaction
3- The user enter their credit card to our platform and we charge him 1100 euros
4- After a week the owner of the house sign the contract and accept the process
5- When they accept the process the owner enter their credit card
6- In this moment the platform has to transfer to the owner the rent amount, in this case 1000 euros
Sorry if it's poorly explained, I appreciate your collaboration in advance
The problem is with this step:
5- When they accept the process the owner enter their credit card
That's not supported. If you want to pay third-parties as part of your Stripe integration, they need to be onboarded to Stripe via a Connected Account, which includes collecting their bank account information for receiving payouts.
In general Stripe Connect is the right Stripe solution for that though.
do you mean that every property owner has to be registered in stripe?
Yes
ohhhh. It's a shame to hear this after a week of searching for information. Is there a way to automate this from our web platform?
What do you mean by "automate this"? Connect flows are typically large complex integrations, that leverage code for doing a lot of things, but there are parts that typically can't be fully automated. So more context would help me understand your question. Onboarding is typically one of the flows that can't be automated, since it usually requires collecting information from your clients.
