Okay so you most likely just want to update your Payment Link and add another Price to it where you have calculated the amount of that Price to be 5% of the other items that are already there.

Strip suport said it can be done by a deeloper... but where to add and what to do

No it can't be done automatically without a developer in terms of adding 5%. You can calculate the 5% yourself and then update the Payment Link as I described above by adding an item that represents a 5% charge.

You update your Payment Links through the Dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links
