Ah it looks like you don't have any promotion codes for that coupon

That field in Checkout takes a promotion code, you can create them via the dasbhoard or API

Basically the coupon describes the discount itself (in your case 66.6% off forever), and a promotion code would be what tells Stripe to apply that code when a user inputs "HALLOWEEN2023"

how do we add a promotion code to the existing coupon?

The API can also do this https://stripe.com/docs/api/promotion_codes/create#create_promotion_code

Unfortunately not sure why that may be greyed out, our support team should be able to help with that https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

Or you can just try creating a new coupon for the same amount and the button should not be greyed out for that
