Hi
๐ happy to help
would you mind sharing the IDs?
of course
thanks a lot
So this is the payment link: https://buy.stripe.com/fZe6qa0Qt69E9P2dQU
And this is the coupon ID:
Nu6qCyXS
The coupon is not full capital letters, but when writing it down, it only accepts capital letters
is maybe this?
taking a look
awesome, thanks a lot tarzan
Some of the tests we are doing:
any idea why is this happening?
or a temporary workaround we could use?
Looking now
Apologies the server got very busy while I was initially catching up
Ah it looks like you don't have any promotion codes for that coupon
That field in Checkout takes a promotion code, you can create them via the dasbhoard or API
Basically the coupon describes the discount itself (in your case 66.6% off forever), and a promotion code would be what tells Stripe to apply that code when a user inputs "HALLOWEEN2023"
awesome, thanks
The API can also do this https://stripe.com/docs/api/promotion_codes/create#create_promotion_code
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Unfortunately not sure why that may be greyed out, our support team should be able to help with that https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
Or you can just try creating a new coupon for the same amount and the button should not be greyed out for that
That would make difficult for us to keep tracking of the promo
